What Happens Next:

If your insurance covers our in-person classes—amazing! We’ll be in touch ASAP to help you grab a seat in an upcoming class.

To reserve your spot, we do require a fully refundable $50 deposit. Here’s why:

Insurance companies only cover your class if you attend—whether in person or via telehealth. As long as you show up, we’ll refund your deposit right back to your card. 💛

If you need to cancel, we totally understand—just give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another mama. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

If your plan doesn’t cover our in-person class—or only covers part of it—don’t worry. You’ll be offered a seat in one of our live Zoom-based telehealth classes at absolutely no cost to you.

And no matter how you join us—in person or virtually—once you attend, you’ll unlock lifetime access to your own student portal, including all 5 of our Mama & Baby classes to support you through every stage of early parenthood.
